Clubhouse Amenities

  • Sink, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven and prep area
  • 12 tables to accommodate seating for 58 people
  • 68 chairs (58 for table seating and 10 additional chairs)
  • 3 buffet tables for serving
  • 1 couch for extra seating and photo opportunities
  • 2 trash cans
  • 3 privacy screens (Note: Clubhouse is not a separate room, it is an open-concept space that is partially open to the rest of the store)
  • 4 centrally located power outlets
  • A wheeled cart for carrying in/out supplies, gifts, etc.
  • Don’t forget to bring: Plates, napkins, cups, ice, utensils, table linens, a cake knife, tape, pens, markers, scissors, etc. We do not have any party supplies available for your use.
  • Please note: Tables & chairs can be rearranged as needed

Clubhouse Rules

  • Please stay within your allotted time slot to avoid conflicting with other parties.
  • Please stay within the boundaries of the clubhouse to maintain a walkway for other Spice Village customers.
  • NO CONFETTI, GLITTER, FEATHERS, ETC. of any type is allowed.
  • Out of respect for other parties, the following cleanup is required — trash bags, cleaner, towels and a broom will be provided:
    1. Tables, chairs and prep area must be cleaned of food and debris.
    2. Floor must be swept of food and debris.
    3. Trash must be bagged and placed in the trash bin located in the “barn”.
    4. All furniture must be returned to its original position.

FAILURE TO PROPERLY CLEAN THE CLUBHOUSE WILL RESULT IN A $25.00 +tax CHARGE TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR YOUR PARTY.
