Rental Fees
If not catered by Simply Good Eatery, the room rental rate for a 5-hour period is $100.00 plus tax. A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 plus tax is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than the Wednesday prior to the event. If cancellation occurs, a refund less the deposit will be given.

If catered by Simply Good Eatery, the room rental rate is $75.00 plus tax with a minimum $75.00 food order. A 2-week notice is required for all catering. A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 plus tax is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than the Wednesday prior to the event. If cancellation occurs after Wednesday, no refund will be given.

Linen tablecloths and linen napkins are available for rent. Pricing is based upon the number of people in your party.

Party Room Rules
Please stay within your allotted time slot to avoid conflicting with other parties.

The Shops’ hours are Monday thru Saturday 10 to 6 and Sunday 12 to 5. Please be considerate of our employees and be ready to leave as close to these times as possible.

DO NOT enter the Simply Good kitchen under ANY circumstances.The sink in the alcove outside the cafe is available for your use.

Party room rental DOES NOT include free use of the Simply Good snack bar.

No CONFETTI, GLITTER, FEATHERS, ETC. of any type is allowed.

The entrance/exit to the cafe may not be blocked off at any point, and a 6 foot walkway must be left open for use by customers of Spice Village.

It is extremely important that the party room be returned to its original state out of respect for other parties and in preparation for the cafe’s hours of operation.

Failure to properly clean the party room will result in an additional $25.00 plus tax charge to the credit card that we have on file for you.
For the following clean-up, cleaner, towels and a broom can be found in the alcove outside the cafe. A wheeled cart is also available for use in carrying out gifts, supplies, etc.

Tables must be cleaned of food and debris.
.
Floor must be swept of food and debris. The cashiers can provide you with a broom.
.
Trash must be bagged in heavy-duty trash bags, which are to be provided by the hostess, and then placed in the trash bin located in the “barn”. Please ask the cashier where the “barn” is located.

Any moved furniture must be returned to its original position.
